EatNow.com is a website that allows anyone to order food online from their favorite restaurants. Have it delivered or ordered for pick-up, order while you're in school, at home, or at the office, it's all up to you and completely free of charge.

(2) Is your service free?

Absolutely! EatNow.com is completely free of charge to our customers. In fact, since we work directly with restaurants to promote their menu, you may even save money if you take advantage of the specials and discounts we offer through our website! Any delivery charge you see when using our website is a fee from the restaurant and would be charged even if placing the order over the phone.

(3) What do I do if I my food does not arrive?

If your food has not been delivered after a considerable amount of time, the first thing you should do is call the restaurant directly. The restaurant's phone number is located in your order confirmation email or can be found on our website. If you still cannot get in touch with the restaurant, please call 1-888-EAT-NOW4 to register a complaint. If your credit card was charged we will work directly with you to make sure you are fully refunded.

(4) Do I pay online or pay my delivery person?

When placing an order through EatNow.com, you will be asked which payment method you would like to pay with. If you decide to use cash, please pay your delivery person upon delivery. If you decide to use a credit card, you may be asked to sign your receipt upon delivery. And please remember to tip!

(5) Does EatNow.com deliver my food?

EatNow.com does not personally deliver your food. The restaurant you order from will deliver your food. For any immediate changes to your order, please contact the restaurant directly.

(6) What areas does EatNow.com currently serve?


Currently EatNow.com is primarily in Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Providence, Hartford, and New Haven. We expect to be servicing many more areas in the coming months, so stay tuned!

(7) When Will My Food Arrive?


Since EatNow.com does not personally deliver your food, it is up to the restaurant you order from to get it to you in the quickest manner possible. Restaurants on EatNow.com have varying average delivery times, but expect anywhere between 30 and 50 minutes on average.

(8) Should I leave a tip through the website or when my food arrives?


If you're using a credit card to place your order we give you the option to choose your tip before your food comes. If you would rather take care of the tip before your food arrives and not have to worry about tipping in cash, we highly recommend this option. Whatever option you choose, please don't forget to tip your delivery person!

(9) I want to make a change to my order. What do I do?

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact the restaurant directly. The restaurants phone number can be found on our website or in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
